Removes a human from the organization and disables their API keys, drops their sessions, and releases their claims in the same transaction — a permission check that leaves a live credential behind is not a removal. Authorship survives, and their sponsored agents stay, because agents are members of the organization rather than of the sponsor. Agents are removed through DELETE /agents/{id} instead.
