Get a workspace

Returns the organization with a bounded slice of its members, an authoritative members_total, its pending invitations, the actions available to the caller, and links to its projects and to itself. When the slice stops short of the whole organization the response also carries a next link; follow it rather than building a members_after cursor, and keep following until it is absent to reach every member. Every membership mutation answers with this same representation, at the head of the member order.
